μισθός, οῦ, ὁ (Hom.+)① remuneration for work done, pay, wages Lk 10:7; 1 Ti 5:18. Personified ὁ μ. ὁ ἀφυστερημένος κράζει the wages you have kept back cry out (to heaven) Js 5:4 (cp.
